On September 16, Bai Xiaohu, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of China MCC, led a team to check the teaching and training complex building project of Guangxi Quality College undertaken by China MCC19, and conducted on-site investigations. 

Bai Xiaohu went to the construction site, gained a detailed understanding of the project's work safety and contract performance, and carefully listened to the work reports made by the China MCC19 Guangxi Branch and the project department. Combined with the production and operation situation of China MCC19, he put forward specific requirements for the next work. First, it is necessary to enhance high-quality contract performance through fine management. Guided by the Project Management Manual, it is necessary to adhere to high-standard planning, advance fine management, and achieve the "On-site Circular Market" through high-quality and efficient project contract performance, thereby polishing the MCC brand. Second, it is necessary to strengthen profit-oriented operation and create business value. It is necessary to establish the "Grand Business" concept, apply the "Amoeba" management model to refine the management of cost units, strengthen the awareness of profit-oriented operation, clarify responsibilities, implement strict assessments, and improve the profit level of project. Third, it is necessary to shoulder responsibilities and keep the faith. Facing the fierce market competition in the construction industry, it is necessary to create new ideas, take multiple measures, optimize personnel allocation, ensure the safety of cash flow, and firmly hold the business foundation; build a learning-oriented and inter-disciplinary management team. Starting from studying a contract, analyzing a list, understanding a set of drawings, and solving a problem, continuously improve the comprehensive business capability of the project team. Fourth, it is necessary to hold on to the bottom line and prevent risks. It is necessary to adhere to the concept of "putting people and life first" by strictly implementing the work safety responsibility system, strengthening safety management, deepening the investigation and rectification of potential hazards, and comprehensively improving the ability to prevent and control safety risks. Meanwhile, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of the Party conduct and of an honest and clean government and the fight against corruption, thoroughly implement the spirit of the Party's eight-point frugality code, and foster a clean and upright political ecology as well as a sound atmosphere for pursuing undertakings.
