In the afternoon of April 2, Bai Xiaohu, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of China MCC, inspected the Maintenance and Renovation Project of Xinhuali Apartment of the Agricultural Development Bank of China constructed by Shanghai Baoye.

He thoroughly acquired the project performance and safety production on site, and put forward five key directives for future work. First, enhance political awareness, and prioritize the effective implementation of livelihood projects. We should actively fulfill the social responsibilities of central state-owned enterprises, deepen engagement in livelihood projects such as renovation of old residential areas, drive the deep integration of urban renewal and community governance, and demonstrate commitment to national strategies and improvement of people's well-being. Second, expand market channels and explore market potential. We should enhance service awareness, capitalize on policy opportunities, deepen regional cooperation oriented by livelihood needs, and cultivate new growth points by relying on the policy dividends of urban renewal. Third, enhance high-quality contract performance through fine management. We should, based on the Project Management Manual, continuously improve the on-site fine and standardized management level, deliver exemplary projects, and enhance the global reputation of the MCC brand, as well as strengthen capabilities in post-contract optimization, cost control, and financial settlement management to improve project profitability. Fourth, strengthen safety management and uphold the bottom line of safety. We should intensify on-site risk identification efforts, embody the principle that "Any potential danger is an accident", enforce rigorous safety governance for projects in Beijing, establish a comprehensive risk database for old residential area renovation projects, and improve risk prevention and control capabilities. Fifth, give full play to the vanguard role of Party members and strengthen team building. We should fully leverage the vanguard role of Party organization, and build learning-oriented project teams to improve their professional expertise and operational capabilities; promote a clean and honest Party culture, and strictly implement the central eight regulations. 

In this inspection, the accompanying persons include Wang Zirui, Deputy Chief Engineer and Chief Safety Officer of China MCC, Yu Rui, Director of the Engineering Project Management Department, and relevant personnel from Shanghai Baoye Beijing Branch.
