Zhu Guangxia expressed gratitude for the long-standing support and assistance provided by the China International Contractors Association to MCC. He introduced the development history of MCC, its "One Core, Two Subjects, and Five Characteristics" business structure, and the progress of its overseas business over the past two years. Zhu stated that MCC will remain steadfast in its overseas strategy, continue to support the national development agenda, and drive the transformation and upgrading of its overseas business and high-quality development. He expressed hope for further deepening business connections and alignment with the Association. 

　　Yu Xiaohong congratulated MCC on its achievements in overseas business in recent years and praised its steadfast support for the national development agenda. She also expressed gratitude for MCC's long-term support of the Association’s activities and initiatives. Yu provided an overview of the overall development of the international contracting industry and specifically introduced the work of the Association’s International Engineering Supply Chain Construction Committee ("Supply Construction Committee"). She affirmed the Association’s continued support for the transformation and development of MCC’s overseas business.
