He proposed five key work requirements: First, we should strengthen confidence and adhere to the overseas marketing indicators; second, we should persist in benchmarking and create a competitive and proactive environment; third, we should adhere to the overseas strategy and advance overseas transformation and development; fourth, we should innovate business models and vigorously promote the "Five Major Linkages"; fifth, we should ensure strict management and genuine care to foster an enthusiastic atmosphere for entrepreneurship and initiative. Simultaneously, Zhu Guangxia emphasized the need to further strengthen overseas safety and build a solid overseas security defense line.
At the meeting, the Marine Engineering Department reported on the MCC's overseas market development in the first quarter, and the general representatives from 18 key markets sequentially presented their work for the same period. Wang Bo put forward five work suggestions in the summary of the meeting.
A total of 222 people attended the meeting, including key personnel from relevant departments of the headquarters and 28 subsidiaries, and members of the leading groups in charge of overseas business, overseas marketing executives, and marketing backbones.
